Tune Up Fitness products are my go to when performing self manual therapy or soft tissue work with my patients. The ball material is forgiving yet reactive when it comes to sore tight muscles. Use these under your feet for plantar fascitis, in your traps for neck and shoulder pain or even in your pecs after a heavy chest workout. Iv had mine for over 5 years now and they are still in perfect shape. Great investment for the price and work 10x better than a lacrosse ball.
