We are a group of individuals that love to be active and outdoors. The USVI RUCK Club meets to test their stamina with unorthodox training methods by wearing a weighted rucksack. Everything is scalable to your level.

Active Resistance Training is a great addition to your current training plan. Come see for yourself.

Sessions are donation-based, with all profits donated to local non-profits for the youth.
